After our confirmation just send us a deposit of € 200.00 to reserve the language course and €100.00 for the accommodation (if required)
We will send you booking confirmation, an information pack and invoice

Please pay bank charges to cover the cost of the money transfer and send us a copy of the bank transfer.

Cancellations
These must be made in writing to English Centre/Comunicando.
If the cancellation is made 20 days or less before your course begins, your fees cannot be refunded.
If the cancellation is made more than 20 days in advance your deposit can be used to pay for other courses within a one year period.

Insurance
We advice you to get travel insurance.

General Information
Our language courses and extra activities are planned in advance. In unforeseen circumstances or if a course does not attract the minimum number of students, an alternative high standard programme will be offered.
The school will find and reserve accommodation on request, completely free of charge, but we do not take responsibility for any unforeseen issues you may encounter there in your stay. The payment (including agriturismos) should be made directly to your place of accommodation at your arrival time.

Transfer
Transfers to and from the airport, if not included in your package, can be arranged on confirmation of your booking. We ask you to confirm 5 working days before you arrive, with the time and flight number. If there are any changes please contact the school immediately.

If you wish to be accompanied by an Italian driver you can ask on arrival. Cost per hour € 20,00
